Solana is a public blockchain. Information about transactions you sign — including in-game purchases — is recorded on the Solana network and may be visible to anyone. We have no control over the blockchain and cannot delete or modify on-chain records. We never request your seed phrase or private key. Always verify transaction details inside your wallet before approving.

We retain your gameplay and account data for as long as your wallet is associated with an active Dank Siege account, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9). Note that on-chain transaction records cannot be deleted by us — they are permanent on the Solana blockchain.
We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit, server-side authentication via short-lived JWTs, row-level security on user data, and encrypted secret storage for service credentials. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and seed phrase.

Dank Siege is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our service providers (Supabase, Solana RPC providers) operate globally. Your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union. We rely on the legal frameworks of these providers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers where required.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
