3. Limited License to End Users

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download, install, and use Dank Siege for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
• Create gameplay screenshots, videos, and clips for personal social media or streaming (with fair attribution)
• Create original reviews, critiques, and gameplay commentary

All other uses require written permission.

4. What You Cannot Do

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of Dank Siege or its assets
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense Dank Siege or any of its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game or its code
• Use Dank Siege assets (artwork, characters, sounds) in your own projects, games, or commercial work without permission
• Claim ownership of any part of Dank Siege or its intellectual property
• Perform fan art derivative creation for commercial purposes without a formal license agreement

5. Third-Party Attributions

Dank Siege uses the following third-party technologies and services:

• Solana blockchain — open-source, used under the AGPL license
• Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) — open-source, used under the Apache 2.0 license
• React & Vite — open-source JavaScript frameworks used under their respective licenses
• Capacitor — open-source mobile framework used under the MIT license
• @solana/web3.js — open-source Solana library used under the MIT license
• Supabase — open-source backend infrastructure used under the AGPL license

These third-party components are provided "as-is" with their respective licenses intact. Dank Siege respects all open-source licenses and complies with attribution requirements.

6. Trademarks

"Dank Siege," the Dank Siege logo, tower names, character names, ability names, and other distinctive marks within Dank Siege are trademarks or service marks of Dank Siege. You may not use these marks without written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

By creating accounts, saving progress, or generating content within Dank Siege (tower configurations, gameplay recordings, etc.), you retain ownership of such content, but you grant Dank Siege a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and transmit your content for the purpose of operating the Service and analyzing gameplay.

8. DMCA & Copyright Infringement

If you believe that Dank Siege infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please send a DMCA notice to support.danksiege@gmail.com including:

• Your name, address, telephone, and email
• Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Specific location of the allegedly infringing material in Dank Siege
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the complaint is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

9. Content Removal & Takedown Notices

If you hold copyright to content used in Dank Siege and believe it is used without authorization, we respond to legitimate takedown notices. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the user who uploaded the content (if applicable)
• Provide you with contact information for the user

To the extent permitted by law, Dank Siege is provided "as-is." We do not warrant that the Service does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. We are not liable for claims that your use of Dank Siege infringes another party's rights, except where we have contributed to or directly caused the infringement.

11. Community Guidelines

Players are welcome to share gameplay, create content, and discuss Dank Siege with proper attribution. However, any commercial use, redistribution of assets, or attempts to claim ownership of Dank Siege IP will result in content removal and potential account termination.
